We're as excited as you are to get your JimFrames on your face. We process all orders within 1-2 business days. All shipments are sent via tracked, express shipping to get you on your next adventure, fast.

• Domestic Shipping (UK): 3-5 business days.
• International Shipping: 7-14 business days.
• Shipping Cost: Free on all orders over £50.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Our "Adventure-Proof" Return Policy

We build our sunglasses to last. If you're not 100% satisfied, or if your adventure gets the best of them, we're here to help.

30-Day Hassle-Free Returns:

You can return your sunglasses for any reason within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Item must be in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@jimframes.com.

1-Year Warranty:

We cover all manufacturing defects for one full year. If your frames or lenses fail you, we'll replace them. This warranty does not cover scratches from normal use or accidental damage (like sitting on them!).
